We strive to ensure that all services are available as agreed. However, certain technical issues, including server downtime, may cause delays. We will work promptly to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise stated in the contract. Payments for ongoing services such as maintenance are due monthly.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and software developed by InoSites remain the intellectual property of the company until payment is completed in full. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client as per the agreed terms.

5. Website Ownership
Upon full payment, you will own the website and its content. However, we retain the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you specifically request that we do not.

6. Maintenance & Support
We offer ongoing maintenance and support packages. These packages include regular software updates, security monitoring, content updates, and troubleshooting. Maintenance will be provided according to the agreed plan.

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel the services at any time before the project begins. If work has already commenced, the cancellation fee will apply based on the amount of work completed.

8. Confidentiality
We value your privacy and confidentiality. Any data shared with us during the project will not be shared with third parties unless agreed upon or required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
InoSites will not be liable for any damages, including lost profits or revenue, that arise directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the website we develop, or for any errors or omissions in content provided by the client.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia for any disputes that may arise.
